When you use our contact form, home valuation tool, buyer match tool, or guide downloads, we collect the information you choose to provide, your name, email address, phone number (if you enter one), and the details you enter about your home, budget, or plans. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Like most websites, our host also records standard technical information automatically (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of normal operation and security. Our pages load a few third-party resources, web fonts, a charting library used by the calculator, and a public mortgage-rate data feed, and those providers may receive your IP address as part of delivering that content. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site (for example, which pages are read most and whether our tools are helpful). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard usage information; we have IP anonymization enabled and we do not use it for advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, provide the information or assistance you asked for, and follow up about your real estate needs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this site and communicate with you, for example, our website host and form provider (Netlify) and our email provider (Google Workspace). These providers process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Just email paarth@brokerbela.com and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.
We do not track our visitors across third-party websites, so we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
